BIM COORDINATOR

ABOUT ME

Civil Engineer and BIM Coordinator with an MSc in Big Data Analytics, combining technical design expertise with data-driven innovation in the AEC industry. With experience on major projects in France and Turkey, I specialize in BIM coordination (LOD 400+), clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations using Revit, Navisworks, Allplan, and BIM 360. I leverage Python, Dynamo, Power BI, and Tableau to automate workflows and turn data into actionable insights. Passionate about ISO 19650, digital twins, and AI in construction, I aim to drive smarter, more human-centered infrastructure design.

MINE KARA

Greetings! I’m Mine. I’m a Civil Engineer and BIM Coordinator with a Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics—passionate about merging the built environment with intelligent data solutions. Over the past several years, I’ve been involved in large-scale infrastructure and building projects across France and Turkey, specializing in BIM coordination at LOD 400+, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge engineering and data science: I automate BIM workflows using Python and Dynamo, and create interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau that turn complex project data into clear, actionable insights. I’ve worked extensively with Revit, Navisworks, Allplan, BIM 360, and Solibri, ensuring models are always accurate, standards-compliant, and aligned with ISO 19650.Beyond the technical, I’m driven by the belief that digital transformation in construction isn’t just about efficiency—it’s about building smarter, more sustainable, and more human-centered environments. I see the future of our industry in digital twins, cloud collaboration, and the integration of AI into every phase of the lifecycle. My goal? To help shape that future—one smart model at a time.

Coeur de vie
Residential Development Project

This project represents an innovative residential offering by a leading developer, designed to meet the shifting expectations of modern residents. Emphasizing adaptability, sustainability, and high-quality living spaces, the development includes PMR-compliant layouts (for accessibility), flexible room configurations, and a fully digitalized approach to architectural design.

Médiathèque
Rehabilitation of a Municipal Building into a Media Library

This project centers on transforming a municipal building in Mer, Loir-et-Cher, into a modern media library to expand community cultural services. Set within the framework of the city’s 2018 urban revitalization study, the development aims to increase access to public reading and cultural activities for the town’s 6,300 residents and surrounding communities.

Restructuration de l’Ecole Jules Ferry Montmorency
Renovation of Jules Ferry School in Montmorency

This project entails the expansion and comprehensive restructuring of the Jules Ferry Primary School complex in Montmorency. The school buildings, consisting of three main structures (Buildings A, B, and C), are set to be renovated to improve functionality, accessibility, and safety. The project also includes the creation of new facilities for after-school programs and a revamped school cafeteria.

Steel Structure Extension for Warehouse in Ankara

This project involved the design and construction of a steel structure extension for a major e-commerce company's warehouse in Ankara. The extension was added to enhance the facility's capacity and operational efficiency. The collaboration of construction and mechanical engineers ensured a seamless integration with the existing warehouse, while the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology played a crucial role in optimizing the design, coordination, and project execution.

Gare Triangle de Gonesse
Subway Station Project

This project involves the design and construction of a 20 km automated metro line, featuring two main stations, multiple support structures, and a dual-track tunnel. Led by a major public infrastructure organization and executed by a specialized consortium, the project uses advanced BIM technology to optimize design, streamline coordination, and ensure high standards in execution for a reliable and efficient transit system.
